Asian-Inspired Mozzarella Turkey Burgers
JULY 30, 2020
1.5 pounds of ground turkey makes 6 patties. (Quarter-pounders)
a 1.5 pounds of ground turkey
b 4 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
c 1/8 cup bread crumbs
d 1 egg
e 2 tablespoons of parsley flakes
f black pepper
g 1 teaspoon of salt
1 clove of garlic
1 handful of baby spinach
hamburger buns or sliced bread to substitute
1. mix a-g in a large bowl
2. form 6 patties
3. chop tomato into slices
4. chop mozzarella into thin slices
6. mince garlic
5. cook patties on medium in a medium pan. evoo, turn once.
6. as patties are finishing up, sautee baby spinach with minced garlic and evoo
mozzarella on top of burger,
hot spinach on top of mozzarella to help melt
top with tomato slice

PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
Only use this as a guideline. This is my initial attempt at a Mexican Lasagna recipe.
BE SURE TO READ THE BOTTOM.
a 1.67 lbs of ground turkey
b 1/2 large onion
c 1 teaspoon sailt
d 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
e 1 teaspoon garlic powder
f 1/4 oz. of taco mix
12 lasagna strips
15 oz. guacamole (this filled one layer)
10 oz. pico de gallo (this filled one layer)
12 oz. Mexican cheese blend
tomato sauce enough to line pasta
parsley on top when done
1. cook a through f together
2. boil pasta for 8 minutes
layer baking tray with:
2. tomato sauce
3. ground meat
5. pico de gallo
6. Mexican cheese blend
bake in preheated oven. 375 degrees fahrenheit, 50 minutes.
----- WHAT I WOULD DO DIFFERENTLY NEXT TIME -----
Quite a few bloopers but it still turned out surprising well. Next time I would:
1. USE GROUND BEEF instead. the turkey clumped together.
2. my pasta was under cooked. I only boiled it for 6 minutes. next time 8-10.
3. sprinkle top of lasagna with cheese when there's 10 minutes left. It'd be more picturesque.
Lastly, 4. ADD CORN!

It would be super interesting to wrap the pears with tin foil to soften them like baked potatoes.
But then when do you add the walnuts and honey? Afterwards I suppose.
I followed an online recipe.
The store didn’t have bosc pears so I took my chances with anjou.

Creamy Chicken Adobo Over Egg Noodles

Some may want to try their own adobo recipe that they're used to
and simply incorporate the heavy whipping cream their own way.
This meal was f$%&ing delicious.
I served it with huge hunks of zuccini (heated with olive oil and salt)
over egg noodles by the package's direction.
Next time I may aim to make it creamier.
If you don't know how to cook chicken adobo,
try it this way first as I know it's "safe enough" to enjoy.
I'll try a whole cup of heavy whipping cream next time.
8 chicken thighs. skinless. boneless.
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Marinate 6-8 hours!
In pot, medium heat:
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/4 large onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
Add 1/8 cup of soy sance
Add 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar
UNCOVERED ON MEDIUM, 10 minutes, turn chicken twice
Add bay leaf
Add sprinkle of rosemary
Add 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
Simmer on medium-low (more towards medium) for 20 minutes!
Serve over egg noodles.
